中国对虾虾苗体表细菌的扫描电镜和病理学观察

从对虾育苗池中任意收集活的虾苗，通过扫描电镜观察发现其体表有大量附生细菌和污着生物，优势菌为弧菌属。这些细菌可分解几丁质，损害甲壳表导并影响蜕皮，为其它生物附着创造了机会。当有病毒感染或其它因素使其抗病力下降时，此类细菌可能乘机进入虾苗繁殖，引发弧菌病，故可称之为条件致病菌。有体表细菌附生的虾苗，肝胰腺内也常发现细小病毒和大量细菌感染，造成肝组织坏死。这是虾苗停止变态、蜕皮和大量死亡的重要原因。     

On the motions of the underwater remotely operated vehicle with the umbilical cable effect

In this paper, a hydrodynamic model is developed to simulate the six degrees of freedom motions of the underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) including the umbilical cable effect. The corresponding hydrodynamic forces on the underwater vehicle are obtained by the planar motion mechanism test technique. With the relevant hydrodynamic coefficients, the 4th-order Runge–Kutta numerical method is then adopted to solve the equations of motions of the ROV and the configuration of the umbilical cable. The multi-step shooting method is also suggested to solve the two-end boundary-value problem on the umbilical cable with respect to a set of first-order ordinary differential equation system. All operation simulations for the ROV including forward moving, ascending, descending, sideward moving and turning motions can be analyzed, either with or without umbilical cable effect. The current effect is also taken into consideration. The present results reveal that the umbilical cable indeed significantly affects the motion of the ROV and should not be neglected in the simulation.     

海水溶解氧测定方法的研究

溶解氧是海洋调查中化学要素部分的重要项目之一。“海洋调查规范”目前仍采用经典的Winkler修正法,由于此方法操作费时,劳动强度大,而且会引起主观误差,因此迫切要求改用仪器分析方法以提高海洋调查工作的质量。     

入侵台湾岛及邻近地区的热带气旋移向突然右折规律的研究

本文研究14例西北太平洋上的热带气旋入侵台湾岛及邻近地区移向突然发生右折的规律。结果表明,右折路径的形成是由于环境流场和特殊地形共同作用的结果。地形的影响,经常可导致热带气旋流场结构变化,伴生台湾地形槽或低压,而它们一旦获得发展,即使在不利于右折环境流场条件下,仍可产生移向上的突然右折。     

用电镜观察气功外气效应──体外培养的人体子宫颈癌细胞经气功外气施功的效应

结合细胞培养技术，用电子显微镜，从细胞生物学的角度研究了气功效应。对体外培养的ＨｅＬａ细胞经气功外气施功后的生物效应作了仔细的超微结构观察。     

安徽龙河口水库沉积物碳、氮、磷地球化学记录及其环境意义

根据2004年在安徽龙河口水库采得的沉积物样芯以及上游三条主要河流的流域表层样品,对其有机碳、氮、磷含量以及其他气候代用指标进行了分析。研究发现晓天河流域样品有机碳、氮含量最高,柱样中各元素含量随深度增加缓慢变小,但在50cm深度有明显峰值出现。同时对沉积物中碳-氮和氮-磷耦合关系进行了讨论,推断其物质来源以河流携带陆源植物输入为主。其含量变化受物质来源、本身生物化学作用、人类活动等影响。     

Studies on filtration rate in four species of suspension feeding bivalves

The filtration rates of four kinds of bivalves that were cultivated dominantly around Xiamen sea area were measured by using a laboratory flowing system. The experimental results were shown below: (1) Filtration rates were measured in the range of 54 - 74.8 ml/ (g·min) among the four bivalves , sequencing descently Saccostrea cucullata > Sinonovacula constricta > Mytilus viridis > Rudi-tapes philippinarum. (2) The relationship between filtration rates on individual size showed a negative exponential function (FR = aW~b, FR' = aW~(b-1)), with b - 1 =- 0.435 6 and -0.392. (3) Filtration rates on Skeletonema costatum were much higher than on Alexandrium tamarensis and Scripp-silla trochoidea inS. cucullata and R. philippinarum. (4)FR'on algal densities was also shown a negative function (FR' = aD~(b-1)), with b -1 =- 0.143 and -0.215 2 in S. cucullata and R. philippinarum , respectively.     

中国对虾血淋巴蛋白质、葡萄糖含量的研究

于１９９２－１９９３年５月和１０月，在胶州湾捕捞中国对虾亲虾，９月在莱州和胶南采集的人工养殖中国对虾，采用双缩脲法测定其血淋巴中的血清总蛋白含量，用０－ＴＢ法测定血清葡萄糖含量，并研究注射灭菌海水、海洋弧菌后，对中国对虾血清总蛋白含量和血清葡萄糖含量的影响规律。     

细基江蓠繁枝变种在浙江越冬的研究

应用从湛江引入,并在浙江自然越冬后生长正常的,以及从海口新引入的细基江蓠繁枝变种,作为实验材料进行越冬保种研究。本文首次报道了不同的种藻密度、培养液比重、水层、光强、底质及人为低温处理,对存活和生长的影响。结果表明:新引入的种藻具生长快、对环境的剧烈变化敏感;已越冬的种藻更能适应低温低比重的条件。以0.3m左右的水层,比重1.010,避免直射强光的低光照,能够安全保种越冬。低温干冻比水冻更易致死。可以经受7天的0℃低温。砂质的底质有利于越冬保种。在浙江普通的育苗室内就可以进行越冬,越冬后,死亡率低于0.07％/d。     

海洋资源技术法律规范初探

海洋技术影响到海洋资源立法、执法、法律思想、法律方法论等方方面面,一些应用成熟的海洋技术规范、操作规程、标准等也逐渐被纳入海洋资源法律,上升为海洋资源技术法律规范。随着海洋技术的进步和海洋资源法律的健全和完善,将逐步形成由综合的、具体的、地方的三个层次的海洋技术法律规范构成的海洋资源技术法律规范体系。
